Tuesday (continued)

You already saw pictures from our Tuesday morning walks. The rest of the day was mostly sunny despite the forecast of rain. Not much more to say. We didn’t do a lot. We did stop in at St Mary’s Church and lit candles for Lena and Peg – an annual tradition.

Dinner was back at Out of the Blue at an early (for us) 6:30 PM. After dinner we stopped in at the Dingle Pub, but it was crowded. We went instead to Neligan’s for a quiet drink and a little music.

Dinner at Out of the Blue
Elaine: Seafood Chowder; Roasted Cod Fillet with Gambas; Apple/Pear Tart
Joe: Glenbeigh Oysters; Chargrilled Sea Bass; Blueberry Cheesecake

  1. I kept reading the menu at Out of the Blue but just couldn’t decide what to have. It all sounds so good. Both your choices look delicious. I love how they fancy-up the desserts.

What a nice tradition to light candles for Lena and Mom. God bless.

  2. Peg and Mom were smiling down on you both. I love that tradition of lighting candles for them. I agree with you Sue, what a menu! My choice, scallops and lobster. Joe did you and Elaine see my message about Greg and Mona cancelling their trip? Sent it yesterday. Stay well….

    1. Saw the message about Greg and Mona canceling the trip. Too bad. Wish they could have come to Dingle instead.

    2. Yes Melanie hurt her arm. Fell while practicing. Did not break her wrist but banged up enough to cancel blackpool. Oh well maybe next year.

  3. I agree, they would enjoy exploring Dingle. I think we all would! Stay safe and well.

  4. Absolutely love the candles and food is unbelievable! Blueberry cheesecake really! Better keep walking!!
